Old PO Box Being Discontinued

The HOA has had a PO box at the Allen post office since 2003, but it hasn\'t been actively used since 2007, and no account statements, letters or other documents reference it any longer. For this reason, the HOA is releasing the box back to the post office (and consequently saving about $150 per year).

That being said, there are still a handful of homeowners sending mail to the old PO box. If you are still sending mail to PO box 2265, please be aware that the HOA will no longer receive mail sent there. Please update your address books and other documentation to use PO box 328.
