Broken (Missing) Rain/Freeze Sensor

Last week, during the cold weather, the sprinklers along Shelley ran several times causing patches of ice. It was determined by the HOA\'s landscape maintenance company that the rain and freeze sensor installed for that system had been removed by someone by tearing it off the brick wall (leaving screws and broken plastic). This is not the first time that vandalism along Shelley has occurred; there have been several other incidents with graffiti and knocked over sections of brick.

If you notice any suspicious behavior along Shelley, please immediately contact the Allen police department at (214) 509-4321 and notify the HOA as well by calling (972) 739-5221.

The rain and freeze sensor should be replaced by this weekend.
