Landscape Maintenance Update

A quick update on the improvements to the Common Area landscaping mentioned in the last newsletter: On Friday another application of MSMA weed and broadleaf herbicide was applied. You will see noticeable brown spots in the Common Areas but do not be alarmed, they are the dead and dying weeds, the turf will fill in over it rather quickly. We also have on schedule to stake the four bent trees on Malone this week.

The section of fence on Maxwell Creek Dr that was damaged in the car accident was repaired last week. The cleaning and restaining of the entire wooden fence along Bethany and Maxwell Creek Dr is scheduled for late this week / early next week.
