HOA Board Vice-President Resigns

Vice-President of the HOA, Bill Butt, resigned at the regularly scheduled HOA Board meeting yesterday. Bill had spoken privately with Robert Butler, President of the Association, in early August about resigning, and Robert had asked him to consider remaining on until his term expired next April. However, due to ongoing health concerns he did so last night.

It is with much regret that I resign my position as Vice-President of the Villates at Maxwell Creek HOA. Health complications necessitate that I withdraw from any evening activities at least for the foreseeable future.

I have thoroughly enjoyed my association with the Villages at Maxwell Creek HOA and am particularly sorry to give up my office. If I can be of any help to my successor, I am available by telephone.
