Neighborhood Along Shelley and Malone

At Tuesday night's City Planning and Zoning meeting, there will be a discussion and vote for the Preliminary Plat for Parkside Village Addition, being 28.012± acres located at the southeast corner of Malone Road and Shelley Drive. This proposal represents property previously owned by the Allen Independent School District that was zoned for CF Community Facilities. In January 2005 it was determined that a school is not required at this location and the tract was rezoned for residential uses.
