City of Allen Water Emergency Ended

The North Texas Municipal Water District has lifted all water use restrictions and terminated their water emergency alert. The City of Allen has also lifted all water use restrictions and terminated its water emergency alert.
- Please note that the City's water conservation plan, a separate plan from the drought and emergency water plan, is still in effect. That plan continues to restrict landscape irrigation uses from 10AM to 6 PM daily from June 1st through September 30 annually. - The City of Allen will complete its work to turn residential irrigation systems back on by noon today, Friday, July 15th. Residents are encouraged to check to assure their landscape irrigation (lawn sprinkler) systems have water supply as soon as possible after noon on Friday. Please report any water supply problems to the utility billing office at 214-509-4510/4509/4562/4563/4564/4566/4568/4570. The City's water and sewer division is staffed on Saturdays. Customers who do not discover that they do not have water supply to their irrigation systems after 5 PM and over the weekend may call the Stacy Road Pump Station at 214-509-4530 for assistance.
