Development Plan for SE Corner Malone & Shelley

At tomorrow night's City Planning and Zoning meeting, the committee will be considering a General Development Plan for Parkside Village Addition, being 28.012± acres located at the southeast corner of Malone Road and Shelley Drive. A drawing of the proposed development is also available.

This proposal represents property previously owned by the Allen Independent School District that was zoned for CF Community Facilities. In January 2005 it was determined that a school is not required at this location and the tract was rezoned for residential uses. This proposal includes 113 residential lots and 4 open space lots at a density of 4.03 units per acre.
