Spring Block Party

The HOA will be holding the 4th Annual Family Block Party on Saturday, April 30th in the Woodstream cul-de-sac from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

The HOA will be providing BBQ Brisket, Beans, Rolls, and Cotton Candy, as well as water and soft drinks. We encourage everyone to bring a side dish or dessert to share with their neighbors.

You may want to bring lawn chairs or blanket if desired.

Neighborhood Garage Sale

The HOA will be holding the Neighborhood Garage Sale this Saturday, April 23rd, from 7:30am until 12:00pm. Individual homeowners may, of course, start as soon and end whenever you wish.

The Homeowners' Association has placed advertising in the Dallas Morning News, Allen American, Plano Star Courior, and McKinney Messenger newspapers. Additionally, we will be putting out signs at the neighborhood entrance and medians on Bethany.

Due to the construction on Malone shutting down that avenue into the neighborhood, which may affect overall traffic during the garage sale, the HOA is also planning on holding an additional neighborhood garage sale in the fall (October timeframe).

Annual Meeting Restults

At the backup Annual Meeting on April 15th, unfortunately only five homeowners attended the meeting in person; however we were able to reach a quorum thanks to the additional proxies that were received. The three candidates for the HOA Board, Robert Butler, Bill Butt, and Howard Fisher, were all elected to serve for the next year.
