Annual Meeting Notification

The Annual Meeting of all Members of the HOA is fast approaching on Tuesday, April 5th. You should receive your meeting notice in the mail by the end of the week. The primary goal of the meeting is to elect new board members for the upcoming fiscal year (the HOA fiscal year runs from April 1st - March 31st).

Even if you do not expect to attend the meeting, please sign, date, and mail the enclosed proxy promptly. A quorum must be present at the meeting, either in person or by proxy, in order to conduct any Association business. It is imperitive that we establish a quorum, to avoid further meeting notices and additional Association expenses.

Web Site Reorganization

We're in the process of reorganizing a few sections of the web site to make it easier to find information; basically, we're trying to become more task-oriented, rather than information-oriented.

There may be a few problems here and there that we've missed, but hopefully everything is working. Depending on how much time is available, everything should settle down in the next few weeks.

March 14th Social Committee Meeting Minutes

The meeting minutes from the March 14th Social Committee meeting are now available online. The main topic being discussed was preparation for the Spring Block Party — however, if we do not receive more volunteers, the event will be canceled this year.
