We are in the process of forming several new and exciting committees to better serve our community. Below you will find a list of the newly proposed groups and the volunteers associated with each one.

Safety Committee

The safety committee will handle activities sch as a neighborhood watch program, and participation in The National Night Out Against Crime.

Architectural Modification Committee

The Architectural Modification committee will be responsible for analyzing proposed changes to individual homes ( examples are roof repairs, and fence upgrade approval) and provide the board with CC&R change recommendations.

Bylaws Committee

Analyze, and provide recommendations to the board regarding current bylaws and ensure compliance with Texas State Law.

CC&R Committee

Analyze, and provide recommendations to the board regarding current CC&R and ensure compliance with Texas State Law.

Appeal Committee

The Appeal committee will hear and analyze appeals from homeowners regarding fines / assessments. This committee reports directly to the board making recommendations on homeowner appeals.

Communications Committee

The communication committee will oversee the community website and & various forms of communication with homeowners.

Social Committee

New Homeowner Welcome Committee

Responsibilities include monitoring the neighborhood common areas, make property upkeep proposals to the board, make CC&R change recommendations, and handle all common area landscaping needs.
