Letter to New Homeowners That Didn't Receive Binders

Included in this envelope you will find your welcome binder that is normally sent to all new homeowners when a residence is purchased in our neighborhood. I apologize for your not having received this sooner; Between running out of volunteers in the latter half of 2005, management company turnover in the beginning of this year, and inaction of our previous management company through August, these binders have unfortunately fallen through the cracks.

The site has had a slight update to its appearance recently, and we've also reorganized the site to (hopefully) make it easier to locate information and answer your questions.
