Letter to Elm Spring Homeowners Regarding Wall Repair

Re: Repair of Brick Wall along Shelley Dr.

Dear Homeowner,

As you may already be aware, the Association is having the brick wall along Shelley Dr. (in the alley behind your residence) repaired. This work involves removal of the cracked/missing sections of mortar in the wall and replacement. Additionally, on sections of the wall where the lower portions have begun to crack and sag, a metal lentil is being installed for support. While this work is being performed, the alley may be blocked from time to time, and there may be small amounts of debris (which will generally be cleaned up daily).

The contractor performing the work is Steve Morris with Advanced Restoration Technology, he has done previous work for the Association (such as removing the graffiti on the entrance monument at Shelley and Forest Stream). He may also have one or more additional people working with him.
