Letter to Landcare - Cancellation of Service

This letter serves as formal written notice to TruGreen LandCare of immediate cancellation of service.

The contract is being canceled because of:

1. continued lack of (or completely non-existent) communication,
2. extremely poor response-time, and
3. repeated billing issues.

There are still requests for service that have been outstanding for four months, and multiple problems that have never been addressed or resolved.
