     • We received 51 signed proxies and 9 homeowners attended the meeting. Due to the decreased quorum size requirement from the previous call of the meeting, we were able to reach a quorum.

   • Homeowners would like other homeowners to slow down in the alleys.
   • Homeowners are curious to know how many rental properties we have.
   • They would like to see more police patrolling the neighborhood.
   • Who is responsible for the street lights, the HOA, the City or the electric company.
   • The homeowners would like to see a neighborhood watch group be formed.
   • A homeowner suggested we the HOA approach various companies that offer services such as landscaping materials and inquire about a group savings discount.
   • A home owner on Woodstream is having difficulty with the jr. high and high school children who catch the bus on Woodstream; they throw rocks at his garage door they have slammed themselves into his garage door.
   • Some homeowners have caught young men in their garage, they did not get a good look but they think they were teen boys.
   • The homeowners would like to see some of these issues make the newsletter.
