The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm at 1607 Woodstream Ln.

• Frank Christensen (Circle C Properties)

Items discussed

• Frank and Dave Christensen from Circle C gave their interview/spiel for the HOA management position.
• Howard brought up again his proposal for Rob to be compensated / paid for his work on the website and newsletter. We discussed it again, and Rob will think about a few different ideas.

Action Items

• Everyone - Prepare for next interview with NMI.
• Rob - Think about compensation for the website and newsletter.
• Beth - Verify that the HOA's assets such as the sprinkler systems and printer is set for depreciation on the taxes.
