The meeting was called to order at 7:00pm at 1607 Woodstream Ln.

Present

• Robert Butler - President
• Yesika Fletcher - Vice President / Volunteer Coordinator
• Howard Fisher - Secretary
• Mark Southall (Principal Management)

Items discussed

• Rob updated the HOA timeline / historical dues rates.
• Howard brought up a proposal for Rob to be compensated / paid for his work on the website and newsletter. This topic was brought up briefly last fall as well. We discussed it, and Rob will think about a few different ideas.
• The remainder of the meeting was spent interviewing Principal for the management company position.

• Everyone - Prepare for next interview with Circle C.
