Board Meeting Minutes (April 2nd, 2003)

The meeting was called to order at 6:40pm at 1670 Woodstream Ln.

Tres - Work with Rob on the proxy form and homeowner email addresses.
Tres - Contact Sheila and work out details of April 8th meeting (ballots, voting, proxies, etc.)
Tres - Contact Sheila to send letter and $40 to Dan Larson (Mapleleaf falls)
Tres - Send out email proxy and meeting notification.
Stephanie - Contact hydromulch company regarding reseeding with Bermuda along Malone.
Stephanie - Ask Sheila to contact city for burial of electrical line on Elm Spring Ct. lift station.
Stephanie - Call homeowner regarding whether neighbor's dog is still barking.
Stephanie - Read preceding minutes at April 8th HOA meeting at the libary.
Mandy - Send Tres Excel spreadsheet with homeowner email addresses.
Mandy - Ask Kim Wong Smith to deliver future plans of the social committee on April 8th.
Sheila - Take meeting minutes of new business at April 8th meeting - take note of issues and people affected (and phone number if possible).
Sheila - Contact city regarding mowing of Elm Spring Ct. lift station lot - City is responsible for mowing.
