Payment Plan Request
Homeowners that are unable to pay their annual assessment or other fees in full due to financial hardship may request a payment plan. Failure to follow the payment plan will result in immediate collection action.
Please note, interest will continue to accrue at the standard rate for all funds covered under the payment plan. Additionally, this plan only applies to assessments accrued by the date of the plan. New assessments (eg, HOA dues for the following month or year) are not covered and must be paid in full on the due date.
Your first payment must be submitted along with this plan in order for it to be valid.
