Per Article II, Section 1 of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (the Covenants) of The Villages at Maxwell Creek Homeowners Association, each and every person, persons, or legal entity who shall own any Lot in the Property, shall automatically be, and must remain, a Member of the Association.

I understand that as a Member of the Association I have certain responsibilities and obligations as described in the Bylaws, Covenants, other governing documents, and will in good faith follow the provisions therein.

This information is for HOA internal use only and will not be distributed to any 3rd parties except where required by law.
