Social Committee Meeting Minutes (April 13th, 2006)

The meeting was called to order at 1611 Fir Harbor Ct. at 7:00pm.

Andrea provided pricing of rentals: $135.00 Bounce House, $39.00 Cotton Candy Machine $9.25 Sugar and Cones.
Stepahine was able to share with the group past food costs and it was determined we would allocate the following: $200.00 Food/beverage, $100.00 Door Prizes - four $25.00 gift certificates (Sams, Home Depot, Lowes and Blockbuster), $40.00 Balloon Animal Artist, $50.00 sidewalk chalk and bubbles.
We discussed serving Pizza, Salad, with Veggie Trays and Cookies. Beverages will be bottled water and tea.
Yesika's brothers will volunteer at the spring block party.

Yesika - Call Italian Villa for pricing on Pizza and salad as well as Chick-Fil-A for pricing on gallons of tea.
Yesika - Pickup plates, ice, veggie trays, bottled water and cookies from Sams or Costco.
Yesika - Pickup rentals from Starwalk on Saturday morning.
Yesika - Speak to Katie (NMI) regarding a check to Starwalk.
Yesika - Call Bill Butt to get HOA tables from him.
Stephanie - Contact Joe's Italian, Napolis and Little Cesar's for pricing on pizzas and salad that will serve 150 people.
Stephanie - Call Dickeys for pricing on their gallons of tea.
Stephanie - Look through items from previous parties for napkins.
Andrea - Follow up with Starwalk on bounce house and cotton candy machine.
Andrea - Pick up table covers and balloons for animal shapes.
Andrea - Bring her trash can and recycle bin to the party.
