The meeting was called to order at 6:45pm at 1607 Woodstream Ln.

Items Discussed

• Decided order for work along Malone; irrigation, grass, then cul-de-sac fences.
• Waiting on bids for grass and irrigation along Malone from Tony and Marcos.
• Discussed pros and cons for each type of fence and amount of maintenance required for wood, iron, and brick, as well as different types of bushes and other landscaping.
• Discussed one of the bids for landscape maintenance, which was higher than we are currently paying. Still waiting on other bids from Tony and Marcos.

Action Items

• Stephanie - Will meet with Sheila about landscape company bids.
• Tony, Marcos - Report back on bids from landscape companies.
