Items Discussed
- Street signs:
- It has been alleged that signs are not posted at all intersections within the sub-division.
- Differing spellings of the same street name have been identified.
- "No Outlet" signs are desirable at intersections leading into cul-de-sacs.
- Speed limit signs are desired along Malone.
- The city owned lot: F10 on Elm Spring Court:
- The lot is in need of lawn maintenance.
- Are HOA dues being paid on this lot?
- Homes which back to Bethany:
- No sod has been laid between the alley and the fence.
- This area also exhibits poor drainage creating an undesireable muddy mess during and after rainfalls.
- Note: The similar area backing to Shelley has been filled with concrete. This may be a desireable solution here as well.
- Villages of Maxwell Creek Sub-division map discrepancies:
- The sub-divsion entrance grassy medians are not shown.
- The landscape grassy buffer areas are not recorded or titled.
- What is the tax status of these areas?
- The common area along Malone:
- This area has allegedly been seeded by the developer, Jamie Cornelius. There is no visible evidence.
- What obligation does the developer have to the HOA to complete the "manifestation" of grass in this area?
Action Items
- Street signs:
- These assertions should be confirmed prior to our city visit.
- We need to determine where exactly we desire additional signs and of what type.
- We need to complete the gathering of valuable input from the fire department.
- We may be able to confirm HOA dues on the city owned lot via our own books or via Sheila B.
- We need to identify the appropriate city contact(s).
