Items discussed

• Introduction
• Discussed proposed Community Beautification Standards. We decided to make a few small changes:
  1. Added reference to items described in Article IV of the Covenants;
  Changed the precedence statement to address lessening of rules in comparison to the Covenants;
  2. Added statement about artificial flowers in pots to #1;
  3. Added trees and fences to the list in #2;
  4. Changed staining on fences to include natural shades on #9;
  5. Added statement about additional front-door colors with ACC approval on #11;
  6. Changed most of #14 to be more lenient.
• Discussed proposed Enforcement Process. The committee decided to leave it essentially unchanged, other than a few wording issues.

Action Items

• Robert Butler - Make recommended changes to Community Beautification Standards, and send out to everyone for review.
• Robert Butler - Revise wording on the Enforcement Process, and send out to everyone.
