The meeting was called to order at 6:30pm at 1728 Oak Brook Ln.

Items discussed

• Review current Declaration of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions rules and Board of Director proposed amendment
• Establish procedures for home alteration authorization
  • Set up form on website to gather request information
  • Have request automatically forwarded to all committee members
  • Committee members have 5 days to report back their opinion to committee Chair
  • Committee Chair forwards approval / disapproval to Board of Directors if there is obvious consensus
  • Committee Chair notifies Board of Directors and schedules a committee meeting if there is not obvious consensus
• Set community guidelines for compliance with Covenants and its Amendment

• All - Review Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, & Restrictions (including proposed Amendment)
• Select Committee Chair and Vice-Chair
• Create overview document of HOA community rules and standards
• Establish procedures for complaints
• Establish procedures for handling violations
