[ Up ]Architecture Change Request Form

Submittal of an Architectural Approval Form is required when making any permanent or semi-permanent exterior and/or landscape changes to your residence, such as (but not limited to) additions or expansions or storage units, installation of a decks and pools, or changes in color.

It is not necessary to submit a form when performing routine maintenance or changes to your residence such as repairs, seasonal flowers, or replacement of trees and bushes.
