Landscaping / Grass Question

I have read the covenants and did not see anything preventing me from changing my gr** from
Bermuda to St. Augustine. I have already begun the process in the back yard and I wanted to
ensure I am not in violation by doing so...

  That's perfectly fine and acceptable, if fact I've had to do it myself on the sides of my house, since there's hardly any sun that makes it through.
  
  I believe there's also someone on Mapleleaf Falls that's replaced their entire yard with St. Augustine.
